ā Our Regulatory Reporting team
Weāre searching for an ambitious, innovative and caring Regulatory Reporting Manager to help inspire and develop our Regulatory Reporting team. The team is responsible for understanding our prudential regulatory reporting requirements, working on projects and submissions relating to these and collaborating with teams across Monzo
Reporting into the Regulatory Reporting Policy Team Senior Manager, the role is primarily responsible for ensuring our horizon scanning and interpretation activities (e.g, PRA Rulebook, UK CRR) are correctly reflected in our capital, liquidity and financial returns, and monitoring our adherence to the applicable rules on an ongoing basis. This includes identifying and defining any changes required to data and production quickly and safely.
Combining the learnings of some of the fastest growing tech companies in the world with your own unique approach, you will manage a high-energy, dynamic workstream to foster open, collaborative, and inclusive working, embrace change, and inspire continuous learning.
